The Strength & Conditioning Specialist Course is a comprehensive 3-month professional program designed to develop the knowledge and practical skills required to improve strength, power, speed, agility, endurance, mobility, movement quality, and athletic performance.
The course combines exercise science, functional anatomy, biomechanics, exercise physiology, fitness assessment, resistance training, conditioning, plyometrics, speed training, injury prevention, recovery, and periodization.
Students will learn how to assess an individual's physical capabilities, identify performance limitations, select appropriate exercises, and design progressive training programs based on individual and sport-specific requirements.
Through practical sessions and program-design assignments, participants will develop professional coaching skills and learn how to safely conduct and monitor strength and conditioning sessions.
On successful completion, participants will be able to assess athletes and fitness clients, develop structured strength and conditioning programs, coach exercise techniques, monitor training progress, and apply evidence-based training principles to improve physical performance.
